二乙基甲苯二胺是聚氨酯彈性體以及環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的芳香族二胺固化劑，用于澆注、涂料、膠黏劑，也是聚氨酯及聚脲彈性體的擴(kuò)鏈劑。它與聚氨酯預(yù)聚體的反應(yīng)速度快，主要用于反應(yīng)澆注成型聚氨酯體系以及噴涂聚氨酯(脲)彈性涂料體系，具有反應(yīng)速度快，脫模時(shí)間短、初始強(qiáng)度高、制品耐水解、耐熱等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。另外該品還可用作彈性體、潤(rùn)滑劑及工業(yè)油脂的抗氧劑，以及化學(xué)合成中間體。
