咪康唑常見的不良反應和副作用包括：偶見過敏、水皰、燒灼感、充血、瘙癢或其他皮膚刺激癥狀。非常罕見血管神經性水腫、蕁麻疹、濕疹、接觸性皮炎、紅斑、骨盆痛（痙攣）、刺激、分泌物和給藥部位不適。
